CONNECT will look a little different this year as we place a stronger focus on both statewide CTE collaboration and program-specific professional development. During the first half of the conference, attendees will come together for general CTE professional development designed to support and apply to all educators across program areas. During the second half of the conference, sessions will transition into program-specific professional development opportunities tailored to individual content areas and industry needs.

To support this structure, the Idaho Division of Career Technical Education will lead planning for the first half of the conference, while CTEI and the teacher associations will collaborate on planning the second half. We are excited for this partnership and the opportunity to provide more targeted, meaningful learning experiences for attendees.

Due to budget limitations and rising program costs, some teacher organizations will be charging an additional fee for participation in program-specific content sessions during the conference.
